

Starting this Spring
Each class at Quality 97 is designed to help you grow through movement, together. Our year round training program enhances your technique in a focused, supportive environment that complements your existing class schedule.
Every 60 to 75 minute session includes three core parts:
Strength & Stretch to build control and flexibility
Across the Floor to refine technique and movement quality
Choreography to develop creativity and performance skills
Dancers explore a new style each week including jazz, tap, musical theater, contemporary, jazz funk, or heels to build versatility and confidence. Regular attendance strengthens muscle memory, flow, and artistry.
